As a nutritionist that passionate to promote healthy eating and active lifestyle, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to be healthy and happy.

 

I am currently a Master in Science (Community Nutrition) postgraduate under the Nutrition Department in Universiti Putra Malaysia and also a community nutritionist under Ministry of Health Malaysia since 2007. Besides, I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2010 and still actively certified until 2025 to be recertified again.
